I am thinking about milling some 8"x 8" and 12"x12" x 10-12 ft long boxed pith sweet gum cants, 1 cant per log, to cut later for blocking. My question is; any special stacking/sticker ? and is warping a issue.

They should be OK when sawed as you described. I sawed well over 1000 such Sweetgum timbers in Oxford over a 4 year period from '17 to '20.  They were what I would call "stacked" or "rough stickered" because they were used within days of being sawn.  No side lumber was produced from any of the logs.

Here is over 200 tree length Sweetgum logs to be bucked into 10' logs for sawing.  This was one of five different setup locations.

Thanks MM, my most concern was what they would do if they were not cut into blocking for 2-3 months. BTW would it be better to store under shed or covered outside. I am short on shed space. Thanks Again.

MM, What were those cants being used for?

You should be OK by covering them with roofing, etc. outside.  Get them well off of the ground and avoid any runoff spatter.

Zoom in on the last picture and you will see 12X12's, 6X12's, 8X8's, and 4X8's under the condo front porches.  12's on the lower floor and 8's on the upper.  The 4X6's were used as posts and blocking for the screened porches on the back.

There were 22 timbers used on each of 78 condo units plus the pool and recreation center.
