That looks like a "fun" one.
The video from the previous post is "the way" for many out there now and anybody getting too far outside that lane tends to get called out for it but oh well. I have reservations about that method being praised as highly as it is. It's "a" way for sure and a very useful tool but not always the best way. In my opinion. It may be the best for this tree, probably the safest or as safe atleast.
My basic method that I used for walnut was to bore out the stump leaving 3 "posts". You would basically imagine a triangle (the 3 posts serving as the corners) on the stump with one corner under the trees natural lean. You then clip that post letting the tree settle into its lean. Making the clip can be tricky. With alot of natural lean and no need to direct the tree then you can just put a wedge in and cut out the post but you may wanna hedge your bet by letting it settle in (confirming your assessment of the lean) or use that settling to direct the tree in some way. The order of clipping the other posts may give you some more opportunity to direct. The first clip can be made with quite a bit of angle, helping to avoid the pinch. Almost like a face cut but avoiding cutting much of the log like a conventional face would.
Danger lurks all over with this method but it can be very effective and is pretty safe for the butt log. Most of my oops moments were from a mis-judgment of the trees lean. Variations would be using 4 posts or perhaps just a front strap and a rear strap on a smaller tree. I'm probably missing plenty with this explanation but it may be helpful to somebody.

The "posts" would often be positioned at the trees root swells, letting you clip them more easily and avoiding any waste of the butt log.
One would do well to remember this was done knowing that it was not the safest way. Its done because its the best way I know to preserve the value of the tree.
