Got my hydraulic backstops and clamp up and running today!  I threw a 6x6 on the mill so I could practice flipping it with the clamp. Success! 

 

 
The rest of the pieces of the chain turner are on the way via ups. Should be here by Tuesday. I guess I'll spend rge rest of the afternoon tying up hydraulic hoses.

I have a HD36V2 and struggle flipping large logs and cants. I have to use my tractor's forks. I'll probably order hydraulics this year. Do you have the gas or electric hydraulics?
