I have an old metal handle husky 61. I need a new brake band, are they still available? Is the old one adjustable?

Take care, there are three or four different brake bands, but if it is adjustable, you'll need the oldest one.

I don't see any of the old type that have the adjustable end. Can you show a link?

Then the brake is adjustable, and unfortunately parts are unobtainable. 
I believe you can use a brake for a newer saw of the same series. (162 - 266 - 268 - 272 and 61, and maybe the Jonsered 630).
But try it on.

I have an original metal brake levered gray topped husky 61. Will the aftermarket brake bands fit this saw?
