Well dont buy a old double bunk valmet if you want fast 😆. Although  mine has a/c. We about have to have a processor these days if you want to be  versatile. Hard to hand cut 2" pulp.

Been thinking. Why don't u just add a cable Skidder now. I did before I bought a cutter and it's a huge help for the forwarder. And you could still hand cut and tree length. You could even put the harvester at a location and process and stack with it. 🤷‍♂️ Just thinking of small changes to improve what you have.
