Old Greenhorn

I think Pink is a brilliant move. Nobody would steal it unless they could repaint it within 8 hours. Anybody that borrowed it would be found out within a day or so. I had a local contractor friend with a lot of equipment that rented a vacant lot and garage to store and work on his equipment between jobs. He lost a lot of machines. Thieves would come in at night, put it on a lowboy and be on the interstate within 10 minutes. That deal ended quick and back to using his home yard.
Of course, on the other hand "I have heard' that some of the local contractors might slide onto another contractors site, say on a Friday evening, and 'relocate' a competitors machine to somebody else's (preferably a third party) worksite not too far away. All in good fun. One crew would show up on Monday and wonder why the machine was there, and the other crew would wonder where their machine went. The after effects and phone calls can be a lot of fun as folks figured it out, 'or so I have heard'. ffcheesy
Of course, I have no direct knowledge of such things. :wink_2:

Luppino's equipment is a weird shade of pink also. Not bright pink, but more pastel like an easter egg. At least the ones I've seen.
