If I had not known exactly what this was when I pulled them out of the deep freeze, I don't think I would of. ffcheesy

Beecraft made me a batch of Texas Twinkies just after the pigroast from the pork belly bacon he made trimmed before the hog and I were roasted , but since I was in da u.p. they were froze. 

12 minutes at 400° in the air fryer and they were awesome.  Jalapeños stuffed with marinated brisket and cheddar, wrapped in the homemade bacon.
