I was digging through an old archive file from my days in the Hydro Industry and found this
photo of a turbine runner from S. Morgan Smith of Pa.

@Chuck White will recognize the rail yard and plant location.

The plant is on The Raquette river and is one of the last hydroelectric plants
built on the river.  The powerhouse is a concrete structure that is a duplicate
of 4 other plants, I recall the operators sometimes having to check the
log books to remember which plant they were in when they were doing the daily
checks
