Blind milling?

One thing about Bill, he tries to keep his sense of humor. A year ago, he needed to get an ID card issued by the state, which we do at the divers licence testing facility. When he was in line will all the 16 year olds, his turn for the picture came and as the camara flashed, Bill yelled...my eyes, my eyes...you guys blinded me!!!! Talk about making the kids look...... :D If any of you are ham radio types, bill gets on his radio every morning at 5am. If interested, i will find the freq and call sign.
