just got back from an evening of talking sawmills with my neibour. He used to own my mill, in fact he has sawed with it for the last 50 years. Some great stories and insight.

The saw never ran in the winter but it is so mild this year that I'm going to try it. After checking with the expert of course. Can't wait 8)
