yeah its pecan for a shed. no big deal here guys. everyone has pecan trees and some of them die from tme to time. these particular ones came from a right of way we had to clear. they laid for a year in my log pile and i decided to saw them up and use them. it is a pretty shed, was built for sale but now it will not sell for some reason. i asked a thousand bucks for it, and all i get is a bunch of tire kickers if you know what  mean. me and dad decided we will stack stuff in it if it won't bringthat.

It looks well worth the money to me............

In my area they would get alot more for that size building made out of T-111 and stapled together! There are at least four shed companies in my area, and not one of them sells anything like that, they are all pretty poor in my opinion, yet they are doing a lot of business. ::)

My Dad paid $1750 for one about that size.  It was made out of treated pine plywood.

oh i understand it is underpriced, but where i live you will never get what it is worth. the folks here are  not going to turn loose of any cash. they seem to be tighter than bark on a tree :D
