I have seen a couple of these spring up and promply cut them down a fore someone saw it. I started to do the same to this one till wife strarted yelling at me to stop. I never new my wife to partake an any thing unlawful but beginning to wonder. She says it is some kind a flower, I say it looks like the wild wood weed to me.

My first guess would be red buckeye, Aesculus pavia, but you seem to have a couple extra leaflets.

Looks like a buckeye to me, too.  I don't see any extra leafleats, though, buckeyes typically have between 5 and 7 leaflets per leaf.  I doubt that it's red buckeye, because it's not native to most of Kentucky.  It's most likely Ohio buckeye (Aesculus glabra), but if you're in the eastern half of the state it could also be yellow buckeye (Aesculus flava).  Those little white things on the top of the plant puzzle me, though - could you get a close-up of them?

It sure is enough to make a fellow take a second look and put up video cameras in the driveway though.  :D

Yea like I said I had already cut down a few of them. Wife couldn't figure out what was happening to her flowers, and  I couldn't figure how pot seed was getting on my property.
