What is proper fuel mix to use in this saw?
Don't have owners manual.    Can be safe at 16:1, but probably unnecessarily rich.

I run 32/1 in everything I own, never lost one yet!
I was the smartest 16 year old I ever knew.

Run it 40:1  I was going to offer other suggestions, but I'm going to keep it simple.  I've been running my Super XL like that for 6 years.  Cylinder looks like new.  Or you could do 32:1, I don't think it will make much difference.

When the saw was built, Homelite recommended 32:1. Oil technology has improved dramatically, IMHO, you can run today's name brand brews such as Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo and others 50:1 with no problems. The chain store house brands should be 40:1 just to be safe.
