If you want a cheap blade go to harbor freight website -http://www.harborfreight.com/     and you can get a 40 tooth blade for $4.99. Their definitely not Forrest, CMT, Systematic or the like, but if you want cheap and something that will cut give them a try.  I use one when I fear I might hit something with a 100.00 blade.

 Gary;
A carbide ripping blade will do a nice job on that.

With a 15 amp table saw which in reality is 1 1/2 HP you need to stick to the thin kerf blades.  For fast ripping I use the Freud TK LU87 with 24 teeth.  Usually around $50.  Leaves a few blade marks and not the smoothest cut but it is fast and they will cut a lot before you need to resharpen.  For smoother cuts you will need to move up in price to get a blade with more teeth but you will loose a lot of speed.  For cabinetwork I run both a Forrest and top end Freud blades.

For production ripping put that splitter in and that by itself helps a lot.
