how much is worth a sobon shed?

I would you price a sobon shed? I need a project for this winter and am thinking that I could build it and sell it in the spring... It would be made in hemlock or pine.

That's a great question.

I seem to remember JimR offered a price tag for a small structure he's built very similar to the Sobon shed.

Can't quite recall the figure, you can probably find it here with a Search.

I think alot depends on the finding the right customer, where you are in the country, and the overall economy.

The cheap answer is,  too many variables.   Keep track of your time and put your own price on it.  Pricing is one of the hardest parts.  What is your time worth?  Build it and set a reasonable price and it will sell, if not you will have an extra shed.  Screw the boarding on and you can take it down in the future with ease for resale.  Speculation.     Tim
