Today has been a breakfast kinda day as I made Egg/ham/muffins for lunch.
I made a couple, one with butter and one with butter and strawberry jelly.  It filled me up pretty good and I wasn't hungry enough to make a big meal tonight and all so I decided to just have some of my favorite cereal, Raisin Bran. ;D
Much to my surprise when I opened the box there was a neat little Guitar Hero mini amp in it.  It brought me back to my young Cracker Jack days and quite enjoyed the little surprise even though I was the one who purchased the Box on a recent grocery shop and right there on the front of the box was the DanG picture of it. :D
Anyway, I have been a bachelor for 2 weeks tomorrow because my wife went to help her Dad out and stuff is going out of date around here.
The Gallon of Milk had Dec. 17th on it and that just disappointed me as I was already looking forward to it and besides it was already in the bowl with a little sugar on top.
I decided to chance it after a quick smell check and glad I did because it was still good. ;)
Maybe the Date Feller at the Plant is overly cautious.
Can't wait for my wife to get back and clean out the fridge. :D

Jeff

So what does that guitar hero do.  THey had the video ame here and I refused to play it. Never was here when they did play it. I figured it was just air guitar for points and I can look like a fool easily without an air guitar.

The mini amp plays a little tune when you press the buttons.
It's basically junk I guess.   ::)

Jeff

Its funny, I dont have a tatoo, but I always hoped to get the tatoos when I had a box of cracker jacks as a kid. :)

It's not junk, it's generated six posts on FF...  ;D

My friends played that game a lot at our shindigs.  I just watched the
show... I have many talents, but rhythm isn't one of them.

Do eggs go bad? I got one of them big boxes dated: sell by Sept 28th
The good news is her replacement has been showing up regularly.
Sure is a pain having to break in a new model though.

I thought you was on a Guitar Hero Playstation marathon play and all you had time to prepare for food was boxed cereal. :D :D :D

Once again I am left alone to fend for myself while my wife visits with her mother.
She does a lot around here and I have to play catch up when I get home.  Last couple nights in the yard.
I have been doing good using all the food before it goes bad and also using stuff that has been in the Pantry for a while.
Tonight I cracked open a new box of R and B, put a lil' brown sugar on it and proceeded to milk it up.  DanG milk carton didn't have enough to cover a third of my flakes. :-\
Is it wrong to use Chocolate Milk to finish the job. ;D
It' purty DanG good. :D

Try throwing some chocolate covered raisins in there next time. :D
I do what the little voices in my wife's head tell me to do.

Jeff

I got this vivid image in my mind when a Canuck forester starts talking about homemade Cocoa Puffs.  I see him out searching among the rabbit tracks.

No, No Jeff. A canuck forester looks among the moose tracks. That way you only need to find 1 set. ;D
