would like to post pictures ,could some one explain how to put them on the forum ,thanks

Go to the top of the page and click on to Help.Go down until you found posting pictures on the forestry forum.Looks like a lot at first,but it's quite simple once you do it a few times.Jeff wants the pictures in your gallery so they will always be here.No red X to deal with a year down the road.We will all help you.Most of the time you may miss a step and it's right there in front of you.We all had to learn.

what you do is click on this link that says Java Uploader
A new screen tab will come up.   The new screen should look like this



At the top, select the album you want to put the picture in at the orange area that says

Please, choose an album, where you want to upload pictures

After you select the gallery you want to put the pictures in, click on the tab that says Add Pictures to the selected album.  After that, click on the tab that says Browse.  Find the picture file(s) in your computer and select them.  After that, click the upload button which is at the bottom of the box that lists your photos you've selected.  That's all there is to it.  I have the important parts highlighted in bright blue in the picture.  If you need anymore help, please feel free to ask.  There should be no trouble uploading with this new setup.  As a test I just uploaded 77 high quality over 1mb photos and it finished it in a couple of minutes.

Firefighter, I'd really like to see your pictures.  If you can't get the hang of it with the above help, feel free to send me a message and I'll talk you through it.  It is one of those things, like riding a bicycle, that seems to defy easy instructions.  Once you get it, you got it and it is easy.  Anyway, send me a message if you're stuck and I'll do my best to get you through it. ;)

I think your first step will be to create an album in your gallery.

Go to  https://forestryforum.com/board/index.php/topic,23851.0/all.html
and you will find the instructions in the second post of that thread.  All the other instructions will also be found there for after you have created an album.  That will be a lot quicker than trying to get step by step help this way, but we'll still be glad to help if needed. ;)

Hi ive had problems with uploading photos! Tried the link java! I already have it, maybe there is an easier way ? I have lots of large tree removals, and quat footagd!
