I did all that.  The mill arrived safe and sound around lunch time.  Jeremy and Kyle spent a few hours going over the basics with me.  I spent some time after that playing around with an ugly log, making mistakes.  Then I had to shut down to attend a family get-together.  Details tomorrow, with a few pictures.
