There is no need to say 'unleaded regular gas'. It's all unleaded. Just say 'regular gas'. It's not the 70s anymore. (At least that's what my wife tells me.)

The first question I had was --- How much energy is it taking to grenrate the radio waves and is there a net increase in energy by burning the gas coming off of the water?

Yup any type of electrolysis leading back to energy creation always results in less energy coming out than went in.  The key is if you can get the energy in for free like say solar, so you're energy out is in a more useful form say like electricity, or motion.

Connect that sterling engine to a generator to supply the current for the radio waves that intersect the salt water medium. I wonder how long it would last before it quits.
