Price of SYP as Standing Tree's & Mill (rough) Size for 6 X 8 D Logs for 410

I'm going to look at some nice SYP tomorrow. I'm new to FL and South AL.  I don't have any idea as the going price for SYP as standing tree's ______ per thousand. I'm going to mill them on-site.

Also, what's Oak & Ash Worth (standing tree's) ?  He has some Gum but did not know what it's good for ?

Nice SYP go for about $25/ton on the stump.  That is down about 40% from a few years ago.  On the Doyle scale, that is about $200/MBF, but there is usually overrun with Doyle.  On a truer scale like International, the price is more like $150/MBF.  In that area, the ash and oak, if it is very good grade, go for about the same, but hardwood is generally bought only on the Doyle scale in that part of the South.  Lower grade is used for pallets, and goes for about half of the high grade sawlog price.
