I accidentally left a bottle of Titebond in the shop the other night, and it froze solid.

Is it ruined, or can I do something to "renew" it?

No need to take a chance for that kind of money. Buy new.

There is a freezing and melting point to glue. For a couple of bucks I would say to let this sucker fly.
If it was drywall mud and it was frozen I would say use it, trouble is your house would stink of rotten eggs for a few weeks.

Toss it Tyb, I think freezing causes separation and most carpenter glue says don't freeze. Whip it into the can. ;)

That's kind of what I figured, it's not too expensive. Better safe than sorry :)
