Pasta Parma Rosa. :)
This is a dish I have made a few times and thought you may want to try.

The ingredients are. (because that was what we had on hand)
1/2 sweet onion diced, 1/2 green pepper diced, 1/2 red pepper diced, 1/2 head broccoli, 1 tomato diced,
1 teaspoon minced garlic, I also added about 8 whole garlic in dare. ;D
Pasta shells and about 1/2 pound cooked shrimp.
1 pkgs. Knorrs Pasta Rosa, 2 cups Milk
We also had red onions and Scallions so some of that got in there.

I sweat the onions, peppers, broccoli and had forgotten the tomato so did that on the side before putting into the mix after blending in the milk and Rosa packet.  Do this on low heat after the vegetables are cooked.
Boil the pasta to about 80 % done because it'll finish cooking in da sauce.
You don't want it overcooked.

Then add the cooked peeled shrimp last to warm up slowly.  The sauce will thicken and fill the shells. :)

In homage to this dish, I made this tonight with the shrimp I was too sick to eat at Christmas time.  :)  I'm on a diet so easy on sauce and high on seasoning.

I didn't look at your recipe, but I did look at the pictures. ;) :)

Jeff hates doing dishes.  :D :D Jeff, I coulda washed them dishes up at camp, but a fella reminds me of someone in the family that was too busy doing other stuff like fishing to bother with dishes. :D

Looks like you might have fared pretty well with that dish of stuff. ;D
