DanG,need to cut oak timbers for a 30x40' post and beam barn.Thought I was going to wile away the dog days of august under the persimon tree or play with my 22 hornet varment snapper. The lightest pieces are 3"x5"x10', yea I know no sympathy here. Frank C.

Don't sweat it. To take your mind off that order, someone will call to order posts and beams for a 60 x 100. Happens every time. Then the original order seems so much easier.

Frank,

Grab a nice ice cold drink and then get to work.  chop chop.  That sawdust should be flying.  Come on now what's the hold up?   :D   :D  I can feel for you.  I just bought a mill and haven't even got it home and I am getting orders.  :D  Go figure.

Wow Frank. That should be an interesting order to saw. I hope you got someone young and strong to help you with that one.

I feel your pain.  I haven't been able to work on my Cabin Addition since before the 4th of July.  My schedule now says maybe September.   :-\

Thankfully I got a couple of months off by juggling jobs, but it now looks like I am in the jug.   :-\

I'm really not complaining because the money is good, but DanG,  I'm supposed to be retired.   ::)

bandmiller2,

If you recall when you bought your mill, you wondered if you'd have any business. This situation is what you've wanted.

Way to go! Just reach out and grab it.

    Magicman,
A brother-in-law came across that sign somewhere and
gave it to me. I keep it hanging up there just for fun.   :)
