Well, momma went to get her haircut, and while running some equipment the boys were playing nearby at my storage area construction site , very slimy wet clay. Third pic down you can see the Gator and the slide and ladder on the bank for them, guess it wasnt enough "fun" for them. I put them in the dump bed of my crawler for the ride to the house TOO nasty for anything else...................They were hosed down and bathed before momma got home. COLD water then a hot bath. Needless to say they did not like the COLD garden hose.

Mom is,........incredible, wonderful and of good humor, she tolerates ALL the boys in this house and their antics. I just didnt want her to have to clean them up. She even coined the "Daddy Daycare" comment with a smile. I really am bless she works full time and cares for most boys needs. I never forget how hard she works for US.

Swamp,

We threw a going away party for a buddy of mine who I worked with at a youth camp. He was semi retiring (bought a coffee shop on St. Thomas, Redhook). We/ he are a little frisky for our ages (43-56), he still played rugby with the local ruggers and was GOOD. WE tossed him in the pond, like you said stagnant 3' of water and 2' of STINKY mud. Of the four of us it took to get him into the water (we were all in), three lost their glasses. I spent about an hour and a half going through the oozy mud and found 2 pair. Took my shes off so I could find them with my toes  >:( NASTY pond, every time I was there I would think "what nasty scummy water. YUP, now I know it is.  ;)

Looks like great fun, nothing beats watching the younguns playing outdoors instead of TV and electronic games.

I can see where the boys ditched their shoes in the mud. :)
