Sunday I pushed in a load of Pine that had been air drying.
MC 20-25%. About 1000 bf. Everything going good until today.

A storm come up and we had a power outage.
The electricity was off for about 2 hours.

Temperature went from
115 degrees to 108. No air circulation , chamber closed up tight.

How will this effect the pine lumber ?   :(

What is the best thing to do if this happens again if drying
pine or oak ?

At that MC, no problem.

If the MC is higher (like 35% MC), open the doors to prevent high humidity.
