Balsamic Vinaigrette Chicken

I tried something different in the pizza oven.
Instead of BBQ sauce I basted with balsamic dressing on Boneless Chicken Breasts when they were about half done.
They were delicious.  This should work just as well on a grill or oven.

Balsamic vinager has become a favorite of mine, on chicken looks great!

Sounds good to me,  and I sure do like your pizza oven, must be enjoyable to cook with,   david
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Thanks you, I really love learning and trying new things in it.
It takes longer to cook than I had expected but I think it is a design problem I can live with or fix.
I'm going to put a brick shelf to elevate the food above the oven base as it doesn't seem to be hot enough on the bottom.
Plenty of heat in the mid zone and above.
Here's a picture on some thick Pork Chops I had seasoned and breaded.
These thin Tins are great to throw away when done.
