timberjack trans removal

How hard is it to remove to the trans from a timberjack 225 or 230? Im looking at getting one from my cousin but he said something was wrong with the transmission but that he had a good one to replace it. So what all is involved in taking it out and how hard a job is it.

Simple job.  Two fellows with wrenches, chain falls and ambition should do the switch in 2-3 hours.
