Ron Wenrich

The power company came through last year to clear off the right-of-way.  They had a similar set up on a Bobcat.  It did a good job on handling brush.  Before they used that, they had come in with a helicopter with the 5 saw blades to trim the ROW sides.  The Bobcat cut a good deal of brush in short order.

There is no way they could bring a machine of that size on much of the right of ways where they could trim.  Too steep, too wet, or some other natural thing is in the way.  The flat and dry areas tend to be farmland or houses.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
