Simple set issue

My simple set won't work while the blade is engaged. 
Works fine when not.
Any thoughts ?
I'm to busy for this   :D
Lt 40 wide with 38hp gas and command controls , F350 4x4 dump and lot of contracting tools

Sounds like a loose connection and the vibration is bringing it to the surface.  Does it shut off or just not go up and down?

Just not go up and down

When is the last time you greased the rocker switch?

Does it say up or down when you move the drum switch? I had trouble with mine recently and it ended up being bad brushes at just over 500 hours. 
With the right fulcrum and enough leverage, you can move the world!

I greased the rocker switch last week.
It will say up and down
Works fine with the auto clutch off
Lt 40 wide with 38hp gas and command controls , F350 4x4 dump and lot of contracting tools

This could indicate that your have a wire loose/broken that is making contact while the clutch is disengaged and opening when clutch is engaged and the motor rotates.  That movement could be opening a connection.

Those troubles are tough to locate.  Running a temporary "jumper" wire will often isolate a broken/loose wire.

Wood-Mizer tech support will help you isolate the problem.

Checked all the wireing and couldn't find anything loose or pinching.
Did tighten my brake a little and put on a new set of roller guides.
I will call woodmizer tomorrow.
And all the test lights on the simple set are working
