Homemad debarker?

Has anyone here made their own debarker for their sawmill?  If so I would love to see pictures of them. Heck even if someone has a factory built debarker I would love to see photos of how it is attached and how it works.  I've never seen one up close. 

I was thinking of modifying a chainsaw to mount in front of my mill blade to use as a debarker on the opening cuts of a log.  I think I mostly have it figured out but it will be bulky so I would like to see how others have done it to get ideas on how to make it better.
