1. Thing this morning my Blue Healer pup found my incestacide. He thought he needed to roll in it. The only option is pick the pup up with me fully clothed and get in the Hot Tub. After 30 minutes of dish soap and scratches on me we are clean and have no fleas.
2 Now to the mill I left my safety glasses at the house and the only ones my wife could find was clear. I wear Sun Glasses. No problem it is overcast and the clear ones will do fine. Pick up two bundles of Ceder while watching for my grandson and it happens. The main Hydraulic line for the loader lift blew straight in my face with no warning. I was about 30 inches from the line but it hit me like a hard punch.
Stumble into the house and start the process of dish soap and warm water. I appear to be OK my lips tingle but I don't think I was tattooed.
100s of times I have worked with out glasses but if I did not have safety glasses on I would be at the hospital. Hydraulic tattooing is where the hydraulic oil is inserted under the skin which poisons you internally. It isn't nice. So just a thought when you have stuff put up that doesn't mean that a Blue healer can't get it and safety glasses are your friend and they want to be on your face.
Oh it is now raining so I think a cup of coffee and a safe chair is a good thing.

Glad you are ok. Safety glasses are great. Before sitting down, I would check all the legs on the chair :D When it rains it pours.

It was liquid but fell in the grass which helped. The pup is showing no ill from it and his coat is soft and clean.
The Hot Tub is now drained I thick I had three dogs worth in it.

I am happy that both you and the pup appear to be OK.

Too many times proper safety gear is overlooked or forgotten.  Reminders help us all.

This is a good reminder. Hearing protection is a biggie! Once damaged hear is gone!

Justy, mayby we'll just call you Lucky from now on. I hated those oil baths and it always happened in the morning so you had to work all day. Frank C.

Coffee is super safe, but watch the chair.  Glad everything worked out ok, could've been bad for both of you...
