First kiln drying experience a disaster. Please help!

Any moisture movement in your shop will be about 8 to 16 times, or more, slower than 130 F, so, having any MC adjustment in your shop is not likely, especially beyond the outer 1/4" in a few weeks.  If wood dried that fast, we could avoid kiln drying.  So, you do not have to sticker it.  If you do sticker, make sure the stickers have also recently been in the kiln so that you do not bring in any insects.  Obviously, the key is to get the correct MC in the kiln, as it appears you will be doing.
