Anyone like Bluegrass music?  My 2 nephews moved to Ashville, NC about 3 years ago.  This is their first CD they recorded.  They are featured in Bluegrass Today magazine.

I think you'll enjoy the clip and article.

Hope those boy's do well in Asheville.

My favorite  part of Saturday is the local public radio station playing bluegrass from 11 am til 7 pm. I have it blasting in my shop so I can hear it around the sawmill :D

4X4Areican - we have the same problem here in mid NH, no one plays bluegrass music on any of the radio stations in my area.  Thankfully most vehicles these days are sold with CD players in them so there is a way to listen to it.  Roger

I don't like Bluegrass at all. Just never got into it.  :)

@4x4American , try wncw.org . Saturday 11am to 7pm going over the mountain. Good mix of old and new b.g.

I'll check it out, thanks.

As a footnote, when I used to commute upwards of 2hrs per day I had siriusxm radio, and channel 61 is called bluegrass junction, and it's pretty good.  I liked how they'd do a track by track about once a week or every other week, where they'd bring in a band and play through the album and interview the  between tracks.  Also had banjo lessons on sundays i believe.  And phone em in friday, where you can call in a request.  Good folks, great station.

Love bluegrass! I will check the video. Where I live and how I look almost requires banjo music  :D
It seems I am a coarse thread bolt in a world of fine threaded nuts!

I really like 88.7 as well, they also play bluegrass in the mornings  from 6-7.
But to the op,  I'll have to pay attention to see when the group is playing in asheville, I usually head up there a few times a month and like to catch a good bluegrass show.
