Thought I would give you all a quick review of the TCIA (Tree Care Industry Association)
The attendees were mostly arborists and they came from all over the country, it was good to see some customers from the Springfield, MA and Richmond, VA shows as well as meet many new people in the tree business.
Check this machine out!

The machine is used to trim trees along right of ways, it has a 2ft dia blade mounted on a 75ft arm and is 8 wheel drive.

This is one of Carl Neutzel's Silva Hill trailers it has a log loader on the front,a dump box on the back and can be pulled with a 1 ton truck.

I also got to check out Arborwear www.arborwear.com,they make some very high quality work clothes, I purchased 2 pairs of pants and a shirt.
I picked up a card from the booth and on the bottom in fine print it says "if found, drop in any mailbox. Postal workers need good pants too."  ;D
Kevin from Kanada was the only Forestry Forum member that stopped by the booth ;)

I don't get to wear a t shirt very often in late October. ;D
It reached 80o F on Saturday in lower MI.
I spotted the Log Rite tools from a distance and had to see who was there.
It's a huge effort not to mention the expense occurred by the dealers to ship their equipment across the country to display for just a few days.
