What are you paying for white pine logs?

I'm looking to buy a load of white pine logs in southern NH and was wondering what should I expect to pay

that is $60 per 1000 bd ft for pallet grade and $450 per 1000 bd ft for select grade
You may think that you can or may think you can't; either way, you are right.

$250-400 per 1000, depending on the quality, the logger, and the distance it is being trucked...last couple loads I've gotten have been rough, lots of black knots and unwanted surprises...heavy losses. But at least I can get some, and it keeps me going. At least the logger gives me "economical" pricing on such loads, and we talk about what's coming BEFORE it gets here...a straight shooter. Just got into another load, and my last load in the yard... wondering where I might get the next one from, getting tough to get AGAIN. You fellas in NH have nice pine, and lots of it. Wish I could get a load here!!!
