Ok, pouring teaspoon of gas in carb, 5 separate times gave me a 5 second run each time. WM closed now, guess I'll call them again tomorrow. Thanks for all suggestions.

You could try mounting the fuel tank above the carb to see
if it will run. If it does you might have a fuel pump problem.

Not getting gas. Brand new LT15. First start up. I had the head as high as it would go. Gravity working against me. Gas line must have been empty. Lowering head equall to gas tank did the trick.

Oh, thank you WM customer service too!

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to install a primer bulb in the fuel line in case this should happen again.   ;)

I had a garden tractor give me problems like that If I let it sit for a week
without starting it. I would remove the gas cap and blow into the tank.
Then I got smart and put a check valve in the line. That fixed the problem.

On anything without a electric fuel pump a primer bulb is the way to go, easy to get started if you run it out of fuel. Steve

Yes, I'm going to do the primer bulb, no reason for this to be a future problem.

I am a new lt15 as well. I ran it out of gas once and could not get it started. It was not getting fuel. I took the cap of and blew into it forcing gas through the line hit the key and away I went. Since I have put a primer in the line. The one like on a boat motor. Never needed to use it but blowing into my tank worked for me. I think if there is a little air in the line it has a hard time getting fuel. Good luck.

On my LT15go the fuel tank is next to the water tank.  I've never had any issue.  Is your set up like this?  I don't get why you wouldn't be getting fuel?

Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!

1Cross1WayLT15

My gas tank is 2 feet off the rails. Initial priming of gas was difficult. All fixed now
