Bora care

Hello, I am in upstate New York and I am looking at getting some Bora Care for treating wood boring beetles in my cousins log cabin need to get some but I WAS TOLD YOU CAN'T GET THE GOOD STUFF IN NEW YORK. Any thoughts of where to get some? I sealed the outside of the cabin and they are inside the walls of the garage going to the inside of the walls because they have never been sealed. They are in the walls knocking away. The pest control guy told me to wet the walls inside the garage 3x a day for 3 days then brush the Bora Care on then seal the walls of the garage and that should kill them. Thoughts please or Ideas thanks Larry
