While doing book work at my desk, I found this.

This is a coupon to sharpen 10 blades for free. I called WM and they say it's good.
I got it back in 2008 when I got the mill. I do have to pay all shipping.
Like $20.00.
So why not I'm thinking. ;D

You need to re scan that coupon. We all can't print it out looking like that...
It's kinda blurry. We need a sharp image.

I'd be interested in hearing more about the shipping charges.  I shipped blades just once, $35 (shipping alone) one way to go less than 70 miles.  After that, I bought a sharpener and setter.  I may never save in shipping costs what the equipment cost me, but I won't feel like I've been taken advantage of every time I send blades out.

They gave me one of those too.  I did it also just fir the heck of it.  I found that the blades they sent back wouldn't cut worth a hoot.  So when I was there at the dealer I brought the blades with me and said they won't cut, so the rep traded me fir new blades.   8) 8)

At least they made it right when given a chance to correct it, right?  A lot of companies/businesses today would say, "I'm sorry you're having troubles with the resharps...we'd be happy to sell you some new blades if you like!" with a big fake smile.  This is a theoretical statement, I really don't think in the real world any company dealing with blades on any level would act dishonorably.  I'm just complaining about the lack of responsibility in today's marketplace.  It seems like a nice surprise in today's world when something is actually geared toward the customer!  When did this happen?  It wasn't too long ago when things were right.  Stopping there....getting off on a tangent rant again... ::)
