LT40 odd alignment issue.

I think the 14" dimension is to the frame, or in some years, the top of the clamp.

My issue is I know what the mill can do when it's set to factory specs. I just don't know what is causing this problem. I won't settle for anything less than what I know it can do.

So, this is only a SWAG, but if the roller bearings are going bad or a roller is tapered front to back , could it may be introducing the tilt under load ?

Rollers are good, not many hours on them.

I set my blade at 12", inboard and out, no bringing the outside up 1/6" The cat on my mill is heavy enough. I don't think the blade will pull the head down. Works for me. Good luck.

Obviously there is something weird going on with my mill specifically, or I wouldn't be having this issue. I can either make square 12x12, or parallel boards, but not both.
