Back to the original topic there is also Bee Free Honee made from apples and several other spellings that many beekeeper don't like because it confuses people into thinking they are buying something different than they get.

I once bought a big bag of shredded "cheese"  that didn't taste right.  I looked at the package it turned out nowhere on the bag did it say Cheese,  it was made from vegetable oil and flavorings.

Also next to the butter at the store you can by something that looks, tastes, melts and cooks like butter.  Nowhere on the package does it say what it is, Just "Imperial, great for baking"  It would be very easy to buy it thinking you are buying butter.

Unfortunately often the chemically made stuff is often much cheaper than the real thing it is imitating so I'm sure they sell a lot of it.

I have been caught buying 'frozen dessert', it is packaged like ice cream but is basically frozen CoffeeMate and tastes about the same. :-[ The fine print is just that, really fine. And don't get me going on 'organic'.
