How far inland does/will atlantic white cedar grow?

I've got one here on my deck now, not sure how I want to cut it. I got it in a load of ERC and didn't notice it till Friday. I'm in central NC. What would it good for?
Timberking 2000, Turbo slabber Mill, 584 Case, Bobcat 773, solar kiln, Nyle L-53 DH kiln

Very good for exterior trim or anything you might use w. pine for but more durable and easy to work.
