That price would get you about an acre here in my part of Texas, and it would be mostly pasture with some junk trees along a fence line, but with the well and driveway, you would need to add another 15K. Good luck!

I found out that the pre deer season snow storm knocked the reality sign down and it was under the snow the entire season. That was a hit because it would have been prime time for the right person to have seen it.

Jeff we were on a last motorcycle ride with a friend with cancer and camped just off 75 in a Forest Service camp ground just north of the Mac . then we rode out east to take a ferry to an island . Poured rain so we had breakfast in a bar by the ferry . We were very close to your land and whatever that little town was . Great breakfast though. My friend has since passed . What a great last ride .
