Might have to get them custom made by a machine shop.Breezewood is long gone.

I have a Breezewood mill. I got my bushings from MSC Tool. I'm not sure on the size. I think they are 1 1/2" ID. I got longer than what came on the mill when new. They are soldered in from the factory. I drilled and tapped holes to use small allen head screws to hold them in the tube.
