What's wrong with Kershaw?

Looking at options for a mulcher or forestry mower.  Fecon is obviously the big player, but there are a few Kershaw machines that look pretty good,  are fairly low hours,  and quite a bit less money.   Anybody have experience with them to know if they have some weakness?

FAE mulchers are the most rugged I have run on excavators they are built tough

Are the kershaws legacy machines?

The Kershaw (part of Caterpillar) use a seppi m italian mulcher on their rubber tire carrier (250hp)
