I have the Festool only because it came out before the other brands.  Love the track saws.

With the Festool, the 2 15/16" deep cut, was one of the biggest selling points for me. 
Two LT70s, Nyle L200 kiln, 4 head Pinheiro planer, 30" double surface Cantek planer, Lucas dedicated slabber, Slabmizer, and enough rolling stock and chainsaws to keep it all running.

I have a couple of Track saw accessories from TSO Products

For squareness I built my MFT top "clone" but 4'x4' and use either bench dogs or the TSO Multifunction Fence 



for the 96mm hole pattern I used the Parf Guide system. It is extremely accurate and there is a protractor setup available for laying out angles.
