Home made pellet burner for green house boiler

Was working at the local green house today on the system i built two years ago...the boiler is a 3 pass and makes it very efficient...

Did you make the complete boiler set up or just convert one over to burn pellets. In my area burning pellets just cost too much. Sometimes I think I have to much money in the 15 cords of wood I need to feed my Garn a year. Like this year propane was around 85 cents a gallon cash price early fall around here.

@ hedgerow... i took the oil burner off... and bolted the new system on..he had a OWB and was burning 25 cords of wood from April till summer.. feeding times were 8am,12noon,5pm,8pm 12midnight...lotsa labor, so the pellet system holds 2 tones of pellets and good for 3 days without refilling and burns 20-22 tones a season @$200 a ton so the price is about the same or close..
