Well I ain't on a diet and this was my supper:

Iceberg lettuce, a whole Roma tomato, diced chicken, cheese, e/w Thousand Island dressing, croutons, & wheat thins.  Judging by the fork you can see that that (Tom) actually is a huge bowl and it was piled high.

Reached something I haven't seen for 36 years...... 155 lbs. Want to get to 145 (high-school weight), but that'll be tough. Hopefully can get in the 140's at least if I keep this trend up. Maybe 2 weeks or so. Everyone else, keep it up, err down I mean, it can be done.

If I skipped the rest of my meals today, I'd get there first, but I wont do it. I was 1280.1 this morning. I'm not going to claim 70's until I am there and not bouncing back into the 80s. Hopefully later next week?

Stuck my head into the party decade this morning. 279.6.  Heading for those mellow 60s.

Magicnan, that's exactly the kind of salad I like  except I only use 1 tbs of dressing.

I am still 180 so no pic from the 70s yet.  the dial was not quite down to 0, but I have left that alone.  could prob. calibrate to 0 and be under the mark.   maybe tomorrow.  1978 is the year I graduated from high school!    :o   :P   8)   :)
