Can anyone please help determine year of build from serial

My best guess is 1994, week 18. That's what a search engine told me, but it took a few sites, and some inference to get it, so it could be wrong.

My research came up with several scenario's so
I thought I would put it out there and
see what others thought

How I came up with that was the internet said that saw came out in 1985, so that rules out the 80s, and they added a digit to the serial mid 1999, so that rules out the 2000s.
