2020 season

started with a bang here in Polk County.  This guy gets one similar to this every year, highly managed land.

Nice.
Two LT70s, Nyle L200 kiln, 4 head planer, 30" double surface planer, Lucus dedicated slaber, Slabmizer, and enough rolling stock and chainsaws to keep it all running.

I am not a pro at discerning deer age from a photo, but with that being said, there is just the start of the "roman nose"on this guy, so I would suspect 3 years or a little better.  Kinda hard to tell on these managed areas without looking at the teeth.

A little more.  Yes, a 5000 acre high fence with multiple species, including non native.  White tail deer run from $3500 to over $10,500, depending on Boone and Crockett scoring.  Way out of my hunting range.

Yes indeed. Nice buck. One of that caliber 200 inch + is going to be over 20k on up. That deer probably was in the 30k+ range
