I believe the serial number is stamped into the main body (not the cab) of the machine.

Yes, under the crane base, there was a plate on the right, but it is completely torn off, and nowhere else on the machine frame I can not find it, I will call the service in Poland again with this problem on Monday.

Hello everyone!
I called the service today, unfortunately the serial number could not be determined, but I will probably have a service book on the cd I bought in Poland, I have already ordered parts from Komatsu, and what I have to wait for the situation to develop. Thanks for your help, you are concrete and helpful people, in Poland you can forget about free advice right away. If something can be done, I will let you know.  ;D

Glad to hear there is more progress.  We'd enjoy seeing some pictures of the logging sites.  Seems like the issue is that your forwarder model more closely resembles our 546/646 models.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Hello everyone
After 2 months of calling the service, I couldn't buy anything, and I only found out about the very high prices of parts, and even longer waiting times ... Finally, after calling several wholesalers, I was able to buy the same sealant, about 500% cheaper ... And I waited one day .. It was hard to find, but they are already mounted, and they do not leak. In the meantime, I also replaced the hydroaccumulators.

Now I have to set the pressure, I do not know how to do it, I called many services, traders and wholesalers in Europe, but no one can find a service book for most Valmet machines.
Maybe there is someone else who could still help in determining the indicative pressures. I have a 10meter cranab crane and I wonder if it can lift more than 1500 kg.
The crane pressure is set to 230bar and the low pressure of the crane is set to 30bar, I don't know if this is good because the engine is very hard during quick movements and the engine is overhauled.

The brakes are set to 80bar, but they don't stop completely, and when I turn on the service brake with the button, the pressure is 100bar and then the machine seems to stop, but I don't know if it's too much.
And the last pressure I was able to measure was the servo pressure - 32bar
It seems to me that if everything is working, the accumulators are new, the brakes are tight, I should hear the recharging of the accumulator, but there is silence, I cannot hear at all.
A long process of playing with the valves is waiting for me now, I hope I will be able to do something, but I will be very grateful if anyone can help.
This machine annoys me more and more :D
Thanks ;D
